For certain specific properties, we call upon the valuation department of the Chambre des Notaires (Chamber of Notaries).

Our remuneration for real estate negotiation is competitive by market standards.
The negotiation fees are calculated based on the sale price, using the following scale:

TAX ADJUSTMENT ASSISTANCE
If the Tax Authorities request information on or amend the market value that you have declared for your real estate assets, our department may assist you and, if necessary, represent you.
This involves defending the values retained by the client using information from the Notaries’ Real Estate Database “BIENS©” supported by an evaluation of the comparative elements opposed by the Authorites. Overall, the results obtained are highly positive.
An adjustment notice requires a response within one month.
